   Horrible seller with horrible customer service. I placed about 5 orders with multiple lures that the seller never shipped. I was first told multiple times not to worry and that the order would be shipped and it would be delivered by the expected delivery date. The seller didn’t ship the item for over 2 weeks! Then they told me there was either contraband in the order (even though all the orders were only lures from their shop) or that the address was incomplete (they literally delivered to my address multiple orders the week before!) I had also used multiple coupons to place each of the orders which were all expired and no good by the time the seller cancelled my order! So i lost out on about $20 or so in coupons, and even worse, i spent hours talking to their horrendous customer service every other for absolutely nothing!!! I would absolutely recommend you try to buy bearking lures from a different merchant. What a terrible experience!
